Item Availability: We strive to always have items available for immediate shipment. In case of unavailability, we will inform you promptly and proceed to ship the rest of your order if it is a multiple items order.
Additional Delays: For certain items that require third party supplier intervention, for example custom matting color, additional delays might occur. In such situations, we will always keep you informed of the status of your order.
Delivery Times and Fees:
• In France: Delivery is free. Once the order is shipped, the delivery time is generally 2 to 3 business days. Please note that this time may vary during holiday periods or under exceptional circumstances.
• Overseas territories : 11 to 31 days (indicative timeframe, excluding customs processing): destined for Overseas territories. The delivery timeframe depends on the specific destination of your shipment.
• Internationally: Delivery charges depend on the weight, size of the items and the country of destination, the delivery time is generally 3 to 8 days (indicative timeframe, excluding customs processing): destined for international locations.
We make every effort to meet these delivery deadlines. However, an incident beyond our control may cause a delay. Particularly, for international destinations and Overseas territories, delivery heavily relies on the available air and maritime capacities subject to current events.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, significantly exceeding our estimates, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to resolving any delivery issues as quickly as possible for your satisfaction.
Shipping Method: Depending on the weight and size of your order, we will choose the best carrier to ensure the best price, timely delivery, and tracking of your order. Your order is insured and can be tracked online, giving you full visibility of its status and location.
Delivery Address: We deliver your order to the address you provide us during order placement. Ensure that the information is correct and complete to guarantee a timely delivery. In case of an error in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it.
Additional taxes and charges
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on your delivery location and the size of your order. Please note that all our prices include a reduced VAT rate of 5.5%, applicable to artworks in France.
As the buyer, you are responsible for all additional taxes and duties applicable upon delivery of your order. This may include, but is not limited to, sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties for international deliveries.
In the event that damages are found on the items you have ordered upon delivery, we kindly ask you to contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. This will allow us to assess the situation and take appropriate measures to resolve the issue.
